James, welcome to your new e-digs! I am one of those “silent” fans who has followed you faithfully through the years and corresponded only rarely. However, you have influenced several technology purchases of mine over the last five or six years. Like others, I found myself following you less and less on the other tech site because it just did not have the same personal feel of JKontherun. I look forward to following you here, on Twitter, and at ZD. Take care and Merry Christmas!

Hi James, Congratulations on your new endeavors! I’m a big fan, and I truly enjoy your commentary and voice. Your recommendations and opinions have note only informed me, but they’ve steered me toward some create tools.

ZDNet is lucky to get you! I’ll look forward to following MTM and your other adventures there (and here?)

    Hey James,

So glad I found this site. I’ve got the RSS in my Google Reader feeds list already. Sham about what happened with GigaOm — I have followed you for a number of years and always enjoy your insights, videos, and recommendations. Look forward to seeing you on ZDNet, but in the meantime, will be checking in here.
